Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AxionCoreTech platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

AxionCoreTech provides software development, infrastructure, and consulting services. Our platform enables clients to schedule consultations, review project proposals, and communicate with our team. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice.

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.

You agree not to use the Services to: · Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive · Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services · Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services · Harvest or collect user information without consent · Engage in any automated scraping, crawling, or data mining activities

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AxionCoreTech, Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Fees for our Services are agreed upon in individual project contracts or statements of work. All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of these Terms for a period of three (3) years.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxionCoreTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AxionCoreTech in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
